What services do you offer?
We offer a range of services, including dog boarding, doggy daycare, and dog baths to help keep your pet happy, comfortable, and well cared for.
The only requirement is an up-to-date vaccination record for your dog. This can be emailed to windyoaksdogboarding@gmail.com, or you may bring a physical copy with you and we will make a copy for our records.

We require up-to-date Distemper, Parvo, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccinations.

Do you Provide updates on my Dog?
Absolutely! We know that leaving your dog can feel stressful, so we keep you connected with photo and video updates throughout their stay to help you feel confident and at ease.
We provide dog boarding and doggy daycare in Canton, TX, and proudly serve surrounding areas including Wills Point, Van, Edgewood, Ben Wheeler, Grand Saline, Martins Mill, Mabank, Terrell, Mineola, and Kaufman. And anywhere else around the country.

Where are you located?
Yes, we do! We offer a discounted rate of $20 per dog (regularly $25) when you board three or more dogs with us. Please note that this offer cannot be combined with our long stay discount and is not applied to daycare stays.
We also offer a long stay discount for extended bookings. Stays longer than 7 days receive $5 off per dog per night, reducing the rate from $25 to $20 per dog per night.
Please note that this discount cannot be combined with the multiple dog discount.

Do you offer any discounts?
We charge per night for each dog’s stay, meaning a nightly rate applies for every night your dog or dogs are with us.

How do you Charge?
We accept payments via card, cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App for your convenience.

What Payments do you accept?
All that’s required is a contract completed upon arrival, which remains valid for one year.

Do I need to Fill Anything Out?
Food and water bowls are provided for all dogs during their stay. If your dog requires medication, please bring it along with any necessary instructions. You are also welcome to bring a comfort item to help your dog feel more relaxed and at home.
Please avoid bringing rope-style toys, as they will not be available during the stay due to potential choking hazards.

What do you provide for my Dog?
Yes, we do have a late pickup policy for boarding stays. Our pickup deadline is 6:00 PM. If your pet is not picked up before that time, the stay will be considered a daycare stay, and a $15 daycare fee will be added for that day. Please let us know if you expect to arrive after 6:00 PM so we can plan accordingly.
